2020

In 2020 I supported Katherine House Hospice via donations to M&M's charity agility show in March/October, paying for the timing and venue hire.

2019

2019's Charity Fundraising Event was in aid of DKMS, The blood cancer charity very dear to our hearts. Along with many friends, trainers and so many club members and with the support of local people and trade stands we raised over £2000 whilst keeping entries to the dog events at £2 to encourage many people to take part and have a really great time!

This wouldn't have been possible without the fabulous support of local dog trainers and club members, huge thanks must go to each and every person who gave so much of their time and expertise and came along to support, thank you all!

Special thanks to:

Natalie Cannon, Craigwarn Gundogs for running the scurries

Becky Harris, Scent Detectives for running Scentwork 'Have A Go'

Jill Clinch for running an Obedience Drop in

Dovart Pet Supplies for sponsoring all of the rosettes and prizes

All of our amazing judges and helpers! So many club members and their families helped with a million things setting up and on the day. Your help was so apprectiated!

THANK YOU!

WALK FOR MILLIE Spring 2013

Millie was only five months old when she was literally plucked from the jaws of death in January this year. She had been taken to a veterinary practice by her owners, suffering dehydration and severe breathing difficulties. They had bought her 11 weeks ago from, we assume, a Puppy Trafficker and she had been very unwell from the first day they took her home. By the time they had asked Labrador Rescue South East and Central for help, as they could no longer afford treatment for Millie, she was suffering from chronic pneumonia and was given a 60/40% chance of survival.

'Walk For Millie' took place on Sunday 7th April from here, with families bringing along a picnic to enjoy in the Thrift.

Thank you all for your support. Along with donations, the raffle and other fundraising initiatives well over £1200 was raised!

Thank you to all who joined us for Beancroft Agility Fun and Games Night in support of Millie the labrador...

This is what we did:

Time Team! (Team event 3 min down stay, timed jump - weave - jump or pairs agility course) Points for each section were added up to find the overall winning team!

Pairs Agility (Pairs event - small / medium or standard / large)

Agility knockout (Individual event)

Great fun was had by all - thank you for your support!
